On Wednesday, 8/2/2017, the Faculty of Education at Zakho University, in collaboration with the Secretary of Women Union in kurdistan and (Kurdish diaspora) organisation, a psychological course was opened under the title " Sowing hope for the families of martyrs in Zakho city ". It is worth mentioning that this course was for a month. Likewise, this course of psychology was managed by Nizar Esmat, a lecturer from the Department of General Psychology at Zakho University.

On Wednesday, 8/3/2017, in the present of Dr. Sherzad Zakeria, an assistant professor at the University of Zakho, this course was ended by a celebration and the certificates were distributed to the participants. Furthermore, the participants expressed their happiness and hoped for more similar courses.
